Beautiful ambience in the park. A once in a blue moon chance to dine out on the terrace.

Gets crowded when there is an event at the kokaido. Great food options and the meals are satisfying.

I came to the store right after the opening on weekdays, but it was full before noon. Hayashi & Beef @ 1300yen and enjoyed Hayashi rice and curry. There is pleasure to choose the two meal sauce of Omurice. Flavor tea after meal is in the pot for more than 2 cups and can be enjoyed slowly.

This restaurant is located in the center of Tokyo, next to the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station. The environment is very good. Sun Yat-sen has eaten here. The food is very rich and not expensive.

Didnt get to go inside, always queues. Very popular, beautiful building in beautiful park. Must be amazing in Spring/Summer. Banquets/ private rooms upstairs. Would make a great boutique hotel.

Nice park close to Ginza and the emperor's palace. Good to sit down for a snack, some reading, or working on your thesis. Saw a couple walkers with dogs, so they seem to be allowed when on the leash.

The grill terrace on the first floor is so comfortable that you forget that this is the city center. We look forward to drinking wine and a snack on the terrace from the evening.I want to bother you again!

Excellent location , good quality food

Open since 1903. A top notch nostalgic restaurant with over 117 years of history. Great location, located in the middle of Hibiya park. Love their food and the atmosphere there. From omelette rice to curry, Hayashi rice and hamburg steak, you can enjoy all sorts of good old Western Japanese food. Child time favorites!! I recommend asking for a terrace seat if not crowded and if you are not in a rush.

I came after a long time.I usually queue for lunch.Especially during the cherry blossom season, it was smooth today.This is the first time that Matsumotoro is so vacant.Here, too, the effects of self-restraint are coming.Thanks to that, I was able to use the short lunch break effectively.The food is as delicious as ever.Today is a weekday limited lunch.Show your time or "Immunity UP plate"One plate serving of gratin, hamburger, fried shrimp, salad, hot vegetables, dessert.1,300 yen is a great deal.One dish was a small amount, but when I gathered this much, I felt full.I enjoyed an elegant lunch time.

What a unique dining experience here! Beautiful trees and fine meal, even the birds was close to me. The service is nice as well, even took some time in line but not for too long. Very worthy for coming!

A long-established Western restaurant located in Hibiya Park.There are 6 stores in Tokyo, 1 in Yokohama and 1 in Saitama.The Hibiya Main Store is a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Hibiya Station and a 5-minute walk from Kasumigaseki Station.It is famous for 10 yen curry that will be held on 9/25.The store is near the fountain square.The third floor is French cuisine, and the terrace on the first floor is a casual Japanese-style Western restaurant.The menu is traditional Western food such as hamburger and omelet rice, and they are all delicious.The atmosphere is good, and the terrace seats in particularly good season are surrounded by the greenery of Hibiya Park, which makes it very comfortable.The service is solid and yet reasonably priced.

Excellent location, historical place and great food

I often use this restaurant to meet with friends. The queue during lunch time is quite long but the location and atmosphere makes it worth the wait. The terrace area is especially beautiful during spring and autumn. You can sit in the terrace with your pets as well.
